You can’t have missed it. Everybody speaks about it right now: POKÉMON GO. The Pokemon feber or Pokémania is back! But what is it? It is a mobile game developed by Nintendo, Niantic and The Pokémon Company. Your mission is to catch fictive pocket monsters or Pokemons by using the mobile phone.

Google Map related game by Pokemon, but how does it work?
The mobile app broadcasts descriptions to different GPS coordinates, and the mobile phone must be available where the fictive characters exist. That means you, the gamer, must move around to catch the different characters! The maps are delivered by Google.
The game is based on the popular TV series and the old game Pokemon from the beginning of this century, around 2000.
Nintendo is finally on the mobile, and already the most popular mobile game in the U.S!
It seems like Nintendo finally has understood that the mobile phone is a great platform to launch their old success games from the Gameboy in 90’s and 80’s. More Nintendo games will be launched to the mobile platform in the near future. Since the Pokemon Go launch just some few weeks ago, Nintendo has seen huge download numbers: It is already the most popular mobile game in the United States!
20 years with Pokemon
In 2016 Pokemon celebrates its 20 years anniversary. Pokemon was created by the japanese Satoshi Tajiri. Pokemon has become a huge success, and made more than 40,5 billion dollar (numbers were released before the Pokemon Go launch). You may find Pokemon everywhere. In addition to the old games for Nintendo Cartoons, card games and 18 movies at the cinema! And that’s not all…

The Japanese airline Air Nippon has decorated 10 of their airplanes with Pokemon characters. Passengers on the Pokémon Jets receive a complete Pokémania experience. The aircraft and flight crews are decked out in Pokémon themes, including headrests, flight attendant uniforms, food containers, inflight entertainment, and souvenir bags. You can’t find anything similar anywhere else in the world!
Avoid accidents while playing Pokemon Go!
The worst Pokemon scandal was in 1997 when 635 Japanese kids were sent to hospital because of epileptical disease after watching an episode on TV! Recently lots of people have almost died in traffic accidents because they were playing Pokemon Go instead of watching the road! Please be careful in the traffic! Pokemon Go waits for you when you’re home!
