Lookout iPhone 6 Plus! We like to catch an extra eye at the challengers to the established giants out there. We have earlier written about Xiaomi and Oneplus One, all in “challenge mode”, interesting phones with top specs but from China and much cheaper than Apple’s and Samsung’s top models… And it happens again… ZTE is not a new brand, but we have waited for their Z9 series, and now it’s available… Well in Cbina only for the moment, but ZTE’s plan is to launch it in North America and Europe within some few months, so it may be a real competitor to the well established brands!
We really like what we see! Especially the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max is something unique and beautiful! It’s a monster phone with 5.5 inches and 164 grams of weight… But it begins to become normal… The chipset is a Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810, and the cpu is a Quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 & Quad-core 2 GHz Cortex-A57. It should compete with any mobile phone out there…

Next phone, ZTE Nubia Z9, is expected to be launch in May 2015, and it will have even greater specifications than the Z9 Max and Mini. The rumours say it will have 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution! Actually there are so many rumours about the Z9 that we gonna wait until it’s finally released, hopefully within some few days!
