The crisis in Southern Europe has lead to lots of sales to investors from around the world has got record high interest! E.g, there are lots of Norwegian real estate companies in Spain selling properties to Norwegian investors! And who are the investors? They are everybody from families wanting a holiday home, to retired people that want to escape from the Scandinavian winters, to businessmen that want to rent out the town houses until the market changes and they can make big profits selling them again.
What does an apartment cost? Depending where in Spain, of course… We did some searching at pisos.com and foun prices from 30.000 euros in Benidorm, Alicante. There are town houses in villages close to Malaga from 100.000 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But there are also luxury homes out there. Be prepared to buy them from 2 million euros!
