List of ingredients:
• 500 g. green beans
• 1 kg. Potato
• 2 onions
• 3 cloves garlic
• 5 tablespoons olive oil Olisone
• Sal
• Pepper Kania
• 2-3 teaspoons oregano Kania
• 350-500 ml. vegetable broth
• 500 g. cherry tomatoes
• 200 g. feta Eridanous


Clean the green beans. Peel the potatoes and cut into large dice 1-2 cm. Peel the onions and garlic and cut the onions into rings and garlic into thin slices. Saute in large skillet with 2 tablespoons of warm olive oil and remove. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the potatoes for approx. 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Season with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons oregano and remove from pan. Fry the beans in hot oil left in the pan for 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Back to add the potatoes, onions and garlic, pour 350 ml. broth and bring to a boil. I cook covered for approx. 15 min. Meanwhile, clean cherry tomatoes. Add the vegetables and cook for 5-8 min. Grind to taste. Crumble the feta cheese and serve with vegetables.
