Ingredients (1 guest)
• 50 grams of washed and chopped fresh spinach
• 3 leaves of romaine lettuce
• A varied little lettuce, arugula, oak, beets
• 1 avocado
• 1 tablespoon of sweet corn
• 1 tablespoon seedless grapes
• 1 cucumber
• 1 teaspoon capers
• 1 cherry tomato (branch)
• 2 slices of ham cut into chips
• 20 grams of edam cheese cut into thin strips
• extra virgin olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper to discretion
• Optional balsamic vinegar

The finished dish

1 Wash and cut romaine lettuce leaves, dry them and put them in the middle of the plate, like a cushion.
2 Place spinach leaves romaine lettuce around decoratively.
3 Divide avocado, cut into slices and placed above the spinach leaves decoratively
4 Put varied lettuce, arugula, beets, lettuce partitioning between the other. Add the sweetcorn. Put capers spread between spinach.
5 Cut finite pickle slices and divide it by the salad. Add raisins. Wash and chop the tomatoes and place in the center.
6 Cut the ham slices, using kitchen scissors into tiny strips. Cut the cheese into small pieces and spread both among the salad.
7Salpimentar to taste, add the oil. Also you can make a vinaigrette with olive oil, salt and vinegar.
