In this series we gonna have a look at the world’s tallest buildings!
And today we gonna have a look at the tallest building in South Korea!
It is the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, constructed by the American firm Kohn Pedersen Fox. It was actually finished 2 years ago, but due to high cost the interior was not finished until now, and it has just opened. It looks spectacular. The heihgt is almost 310 meters(100 foot), so we don’t recommend to jump from it, lol. It has 65 floors. It’s located on the waterfront near the Incheon area. Next to the building is the shopping centre Songdo Convensia and a Sheraton Hotel. They have already had a G-20 economic Meeting there. The previous tallest building was Samsung Tower Palace 3 – Tower G in Seoul.
