The shrimp cocktail is one of the most popular seafood dishes in our country. It doesn’t matter if you are in one of its wonderful beaches or in the heart of a city, the freshness of its flavor is perfect to rekindle us on hot days.




2 pieces of tomato finely chopped

1/2 piece of finely chopped purple onion

2 pieces of finely chopped serrano pepper

1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro

1/2 cup of ketchup

3/4 cup Camaronazo® tomato and shrimp juice

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tablespoon maggi sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons Mexico Lindo® sauce

500 grams of shrimp pacotilla

1 tablespoon of Knorr ® Shrimp Broth

2 pieces of avocado in cubes

enough fresh cilantro, to decorate

enough of cracker to accompany

In a bowl, mix the tomato with the purple onion, the serrano pepper, the cilantro, the ketchup sauce, the Camaronazo tomato and shrimp juice, the lemon juice, the maggi sauce, the olive oil, the spicy sauce Mexico Lindo and the shrimp pacotilla.

Season with Knorr Shrimp Broth and carefully add the avocado cubes, reserving some to decorate.

Serve in cocktail glasses and decorate with some fresh cilantro and avocado. Accompany with crackers.
