The Ministry requires that the vehicle must be equipped with headlights, tail lights and reflectors. There are also requirements for braking power. The vehicle must also have horn or bell signal, similar to that used on the bike. There will be no requirement for the use of a helmet. There will not be a requirement for mandatory training, said the government’s decision.
