Prepare the millet salad by following this recipe.
Once we have the millet salad ready, we salpimentamos the pork chops.
In a wide skillet or a grill, we make the chops to our liking. Some people prefer chops well past and others “to the point”.
When we have all the chops made, pour the millet salad in the pan or grill. Skip a few seconds and serve on plates.
