I tried to play in Vaduz in Liechtenstein and it let me do that. Very funny thing, which shows how cool Pac Man can be. You can try with any city, island or even country. The game zoom itself.
How to play Pac-Man
You play the game by using the cursor keys on your keyboard. Then you tell the little yellow Pac-Man, where you want him to go. When you eat the bigger dots, then you can catch the ghosts if not .. they can eat you. So be aware of that. This gag uses the official Pac-Man rules.
