PINEAPPLE AND HERBABUENA WATER

Recipe to prepare a delicious Water Pineapple and Peppermint.

INGREDIENTS

1 pineapple

1 bunch of peppermint

2 liters of water

½ cup of sugar or to taste

PREPARATION

The pineapple is peeled, cut and the heart is removed. The pulp is cut into pieces.

Peppermint leaves are put in the blender along with pineapple pulp, ½ cup of sugar and some of the water. It is liquefied until it is well ground. The rest of the water is added, tested and if desired more sugar is added to taste.

Before serving, refrigerate or serve with ice.
