- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- 1/2 cup of poultry stock.
- Virgin olive oil.
- 250 g of nuddles or noodles to taste.
Cut the chicken, carrot, bell peppers, mushrooms and zucchini into strips. Chop the onion, the leek, the garlic and the ginger. Heat the wok or a frying pan well, and skip the chicken with the garlic and ginger. Add the vegetables and skip it all over high heat five minutes. The last two minutes we add the nuddles or noodles. Finally we add the broth with the soy sauce and the starch. We let it thicken and it is ready to serve.
