Chicken Noodle Soup ingredients
It’s easy to make a yummy chicken noodle soup at home. No need to go to restaurants anymore! Here is everything you need:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 of 220 gms noodle bag
- 350 gms red tomato tomato
- ¼ part of an onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 coriander branches
- 2 tablespoons chicken powder
Preparation of Chicken Noodle Soup
The oil is heated in a pot, the noodles are added and roasted to turn a golden color. In the blender, the tomatoes, onion, and garlic are ground until a smooth sauce is achieved. The sauce is emptied over the noodles and allowed to brown a few minutes to cook the sauce. Add 2 liters of water, cumin, salt, chicken powder, coriander branches and boil for 10 minutes until the pasta softens.
The noodle is served with lemons and chili sauce to taste.
