On any operating system, either its FreeBSD, Gentoo Linux, AROS, AmigaOS, MorphOS, Haike BeOS, Windows or MacOSX. If you use more than one task or program. It will affect the efficiency of the operating system. The smaller the operating system, the better it is. Because it can divide the resources easier. The smaller operating systems like the Amiga ones are known for being very lightweight and superior in multitasking. This is because of the OS demand of technical and hardware resources is very small. This give more resources to the different tasks and apps that runs at the same time. You wont feel the same slowdown on Amiga or even Haiku BeOS as on the big ones like Windows or MacOSX because the operating systems got more CPU and MEM capacity to use. Instead of taking several gigabytes in size, they are way smaller. Also Amiga operating systems can work fine on home computers or laptops with little mem too.


Amiga operating systems would be the perfect answer to PlayStation 4 issues regarding this for sure. Maybe Sony should have changed long time ago?
