Final Words about the MorphOS 3.9 Release

In right time before Amiga 30th anniversary in Amsterdam. MorphOS Team releases a new update. I suspect that the summer time is the reason for quicker development of MorphOS. Anyway,.. its nice to see it come. Thanks to all at MorphOS Team for keeping up the fire and supports all of those loving a great Amiga compatible OS.

About MorphOS

Alternative operating system for PowerPC systems like Mac Mini G4, eMac G4, PowerBook G4, iBook G4, PowerMac G4, PowerMac G5, Efika, Pegasos, Pegasos II and SAM460. The operating system requires ATI Radeon graphic card. Nvidia wont work. The operating system is fast, takes less than 300MB in size and works flawlessly on slow PowerPC systems even. MorphOS also got AmigaOS support thru its native Trance 68K JIT emulator which only emulates the 68k CPU instructions. Rest is handled by MorphOS itself. Both PowerPC and 68k apps can use either types of libs and classes. For more info, please goto MorphOS Team website:
