  • 1/2 kg crumbled chicken
  • 3 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 chives
  • 1 shallot
  • sour cream
  • toasts
  • salt and pepper


It is very easy, just follow these instructions:

Shred the chicken


Cut the onion and shallot into slices or small squares

In a frying pan with little oil brown the chicken and onion
