Bergen is the wettest city in the world. But now in 2015, Bergen have been more wet than in many years. It iss pretty xtravaganza. So if you love rain, then Bergen is the place to be.
Many days with Rain
The Norwegian newspaper Bergens Tidende can report that out of 365 days in 2015, 274 of them contained rainy weather in Bergen. Still, 2015 is not over. The weather forecast for Bergen says that it will get even more rain for the next days. So if it rains until Christmas, then Bergen will have a total number of 278 days with rain this year and Bergen.
With these stats, only 80 days in 2015 have been without rain in Bergen. It is now only 4 days until the rainy year of 1861 is beaten in Bergen says Robert Næss to Bergens Tidende.
Hotter now than in June
In Norway we have summertime from June to August. But that doesnt mean that every summer will be a warm one. Bergen is now experiencing a very mild December which is yet another record.
