Barcelona is one of the towns in Europe that got a huge public transportation network that covers the entire city almost. Now, the southern part of the Metro line is called L10 Sud is now complete. Now you can take the Metro L10 Sud line all the way to ZAL/Riu Vell. The L10 Sud line will in the end connect with the L10 Nord line together with the L9 line that is also divided by Sud and Nord for the moment.

In Barcelona, you can visit one of the world’s most beautiful churches. Last time in 2019 I reported that the line was extended to Provençana station. Now this line is extended with 7 stations with 1 more under construction at the moment. The Metro in Barcelona covers 1.6 million inhabitants with about 3 million in the metropolitan area.

Can L10 be reached from the Airport?

Yes, it can. You can take L9 Sud to Can Tries Gornal station and change to L10 Sud line there. All of the tickets except for the single-fair one can be used from the Airport to the city center of Barcelona.

There is a special Airport ticket however that costs 5.15 Euros. This ticket is a non-integrated individual metro ticket for one journey between Aeroport T1 and Aeroport T2 stations on line L9 Sud and the rest of the metro network.
