It seems like the tram driver of this tram didn’t expect a flood. We wonder about this water and how safe it is to be near it as the tram is connected to the power as seen in the picture. At least it looks like it is on its way to the center of Poland in the city Lodz. And yes, this is an old Polish tram wagon!
