Carrot is great for your body

Carrot is often said to help tan the skin and is good for the eyes, but beyond these effects, most mortals are unaware of the number of benefits it brings to the body.

Because the habitual consumption of this vegetable contributes an important quantity of vitamins (A, B, C and E), minerals and antioxidant compounds and its caloric value is very low (100 grams equals about 33 kcal),

Start every morning having some carrots in your blender – and you have a glass of carrot juice! It’s delicious and great for your body!

Here we give you the recipe how to prepare a delicious gourmet carrot cake!

Here is another healthy carrot cake with walnuts and dried fruit! There is no refined sugar in it. It contains bananas, dates and raisins. The dates and bananas work great for sweetness! You can add some olive oil to get some extra moist! You can use a food processor and have all your healthy ingredients there! Wait until its really creamed and smooth! Wholemeal flour is used, as well as sultanas and raisins! A big handful of walnuts will make this delicious gourmet carrot cake even more healthy and yummy!

Vegan carrot cake option

My mom’s recipe calls for applesauce, which makes her cake super moist and light. Using applesauce, you can actually veganize carrot cake relatively easily. Along with the shredded carrots, it adds enough moisture to eliminate the need for flax eggs or other unconventional ingredients. As a result, the cake batter comes together with pantry ingredients like all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, sugar, and melted coconut oil. The results are fantastic. The cake is moist, tender, and filled with warm, spiced flavor from cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Enjoy it on its own, or take it to the next level by slathering it in rich, creamy vegan frosting. Even Jack – a total carrot cake traditionalist – fell for this vegan carrot cake recipe. I think you’ll love it too!
