RICE WITH VEGETABLES
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
1½ cup white rice
1 cube of Knorr Vegetable Broth
3 cups of cold water
1 cup of pumpkin cut into cubes without skin and without seeds
½ red bell pepper cut into strips
½ green bell pepper cut into strips
1 finely chopped leek
2 tablespoons oil
Saturated fat (g)
LETS GO COOK
1 In a saucepan over medium heat, sauté the vegetables next to the oil for 5 minutes. Reserve.
2Place rice, Knorr Vegetable Bucket Broth and water in a pot.
3 Cook the preparation over low heat, semi-covered, until the rice absorbs all the water.
4 Before serving, let it stand covered for 5 minutes, then add the sauteed vegetables and mix well. To serve.
