The tiramisu is a cold spoon dessert that is assembled in layers. There is no single recipe for elaboration, but variants from a series of basic ingredients that can be represented by different products, you can enjoy it at breakfast or dinner.
15 g (1 tablespoon) of NESCAFÉ
150 g of sponge cake
200 g of mascarpone cheese
1 cup of grappa or Amaretto
4 tablespoons of sugar
Dissolve the soluble coffee in 100 ml (1 glass) of water and half of the grappa. Bat 6 biscuits in this preparation and cover the base of a transparent source.
Beat the yolks with the sugar, with the help of some rods, until they are creamy. Add the rest of the grappa and the mascarpone and incorporate the whites mounted to the point of snow.
Pour half of this cream on the biscuits, place another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and another layer of cream.
