A new and interesting airline is ready for take-off! Fly Nonstop’s concept is gourmet food and premium entertainment, and low prices.
New exciting concept
Are you bored that all airlines have got almost the same low-price concept without any charm and personality left, look no further! Fly Nonstop is the name of a new airline that will fly international routes from April 2013.
Ice Cream owner
The owner of Fly Nonstop is well-known in Norway for it’s ice cream products, Hennig Olsen Is. The airline has bought only one airplane, and that’s a Embraer 190 with 100 seats.
They offer free coffee and sell gourmet sandwiches and salads made by the famous master chief, Trond Moi. Aboard you can read the local newspapers and borrow an iPad filled with premium movies and music. The airline was founded because the owner saw that the southern airport of Norway, Kjevik in Kristiansand, needed more routes. He was bored that all routes went from Oslo, Trondheim and Bergen.
For Fly Nonstop’s first Summer Season ever, they will from Kristiansand to popular destinations like Palma, Paris, Nice, London, Parma, Berlin, Dubrovnik and Barcelona, most of them brand new routes from southern Norway. The price for a return flight starts from app 280 euros.
Kristiansand is one of Norway’s most beautiful summer cities
Distrita welcomes the new airline and wish them good luck! And they could need it. The European market is really tough. But we like that they try to do something original. We think the customers will appreciate the great service aboard. Kristiansand is also a very nice city to visit in the summer. We would recommend southern Norway for Europeans that want to have some relaxing days in Norway. A perfect choice!
