NORWAY: Tine, Norway’s biggest milk company is re-releasing their Milkshake range. This product-line was ended in 2004, but will be released again end of April this year. Not because Tine want to, but because of a brilliant Facebook campaign, aimed at getting the Milkshake products back into the stores.
This is another example showing how much consumer power Facebook actually have in Norway. A small nation, where almost 94% of the population is on Facebook, means that Facebook with its users, have power to change Norway into positive things, like this one. Great work by René Borgerød and his friend Thomas Husevik, which started this campaign and actually contacted Tine.
