Liechtenstein is one of world’s smallest countries. It sits between Austria and Switzerland in Europe. Also nice to know is that Liechtenstein is the only German speaking country, which doesn’t have borders with Germany.
In this short feature article, I am focusing on the Olympics, because what interest me is the info I found on Sochi website about Liechtenstein. There it says that “Liechtenstein is the only nation, which have won a winter Olympic medal without having won a medal of any colour at a summer Games.”
So, now you know. Distrita have plans to visit this country for many months. In the end we will, because I so want to see this tiny country.
