When we investigate a little about the different benefits of mushrooms, we realize that they are foods that stand out nutritionally for their high content in proteins of high biological value, which means that they provide all the essential amino acids.
But their different nutritional qualities do not end here: they are rich in trace elements and minerals, especially the presence of iron, potassium and phosphorus. They also provide vitamins, especially B and C complex vitamins.
