Cowboy al carbón


1 piece of beef ribs cut cowboy (1kg approx)

2 teaspoons salt flower

1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation method

01.- Light the coal and place the beef ribs, increase the flavor with salt flower and black pepper. When cooked, remove and serve immediately.

The cowboy is a great cut to share due to its excellent fat content to spoil and celebrate with the family.
