CAULIFLOWER CEVICHE

Excellent way to eat rich vegetables ceviche style. It craves in hot weather and prepared cauliflower will be everyone’s taste.

INGREDIENTS

1 Cauliflower

1 red bell pepper, chopped

½ chopped purple onion

4 chopped tomato tomatoes


Ads

½ bunch chopped cilantro

1 chopped avocado

1 Chopped Jalapeño Chili with or without seeds


Ads

3 to 4 lemons (the juice)

4 tablespoons olive oil


½ teaspoon ground oregano

Salt to taste

PREPARATION


Ads

Cauliflower is cut into small pieces and precooked for 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water with salt. It is removed from the water and allowed to cool.

The cauliflower is stirred with the rest of the ingredients and refrigerated before eating.

It can be served accompanied by crackers.
