The free-to air channel Canal9 stopped its broadcast last Friday. This channel is owned by CMORE which have lots of channels in Scandinavia that broadcasts commercial-free Movie, Series and Sports channels for people which pays them each month.

Distrita feels that this is a sad news, but it had to happen. The channel had only boring shows, except for ALF which got some rec. on-line. Canal9 should have put their effort in bringing classic TV shows to Scandinavia that people remembers. Then it would have a chance. In Norway we are less than 5 million people, so the TV competition is tighten.

Thanks to Canal9 anyway.
