Take the Bus Line 18 to Tivoli Friheden
The easiest way to take the bus to the amusement park is to take the L1 or L2 light rail lines to Aarhus C. From here you can take the bus line 18 or you can take it from Astrup to the amusement park. From there you can take bus number 18. This bus line stops just outside of the park at the station named Tivoli Friheden/Stadion Allé. You will notice it from the station.

- The bus line 18 runs every 30 min during the day
- Tivoli Friheden/Stadion Allé station is only 28 meters from the entrance
The bus information on the bus should say Moesgaard Museum and when you are done being at Tivoli Friheden then you take it on the opposite side of the road to Astrup. Its only 28 meters from the entrance.
Another important thing to know is that the bus line 18 runs every 30 minutes during the daytime. At other times it runs hourly.

You can also Bike or even Walk to Tivoli Friheden
This amusement park is not far from Aarhus C., In fact, it is only 1.3 km from it. However, there are lots of streets in this part of the town so it is easy to be confused. But if you use a map service, that shouldn’t be any problem.
You can rent a bike going here as in Denmark there are bicycle paths all over the country even. All of the streets in Aarhus got great bicycle paths that are clearly separated from the car traffic. Many countries in the world including Norway should learn from Denmark for sure. Denmark is a country in Scandinavia that is very flat where the highest place is about 300 meters above sea level.
So there are almost no hills at all in the country which means its perfect for using a bike. So if you come to the country you have these biking services in Aarhus that you can use for getting there.

- Bikes 4 Rent – affordable rents of bikes in Denmark. Prices are between 35 DKK (4.68 Euro) and 90 DKK (12.04 Euro) per day.

Prices and Times for Entering the Tivoli Friheden
- Entrance Tivoli for people that are over 90 cm is 135 DKK (18.07 Euro). Then add 125 DKK (16.73 Euro) if you want to use all of the rides
- Entrance Tivoli for people that are under 90 cm is Free. Also, rides are Free too
You can also buy tickets for each attraction if you just want to try out a few rides. The price is only 10 DKK (1.34 Euro) which is really affordable. Some of the bigger rides need more. Check out the site for what they require here.
Between November and March each year this amusement park is closed because of winter and colder temperatures. So, if you are coming to Aarhus alone or with friends or children.
