Today I have the pleasure to present a delicious dinner recipe. Say hi to my favorite beef steak with asparagus. The vegetables in this dish have vitaminic properties, and you can enjoy eating it with your family! This is indeed a really yummy beef steak.
Benefits and properties of asparagus

Despite its low energy content, asparagus contains a large amount of nutrients, especially green ones. In addition, since it has hardly any fats, it is recommended for people who carry out diets designed to combat overweight.
It is also a food that contains fiber, which helps fight constipation and regulate intestinal transit. It is also a diuretic, so it is convenient to eliminate toxins from our body.
The asparagus highlights the large number of antioxidants, which help delay the signs of cellular aging.
On the other hand, they are rich in vitamins C and E, although a part is usually lost in cooking. These reinforce the proper functioning of our body’s immune system and act against the action of free radicals.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of beef fillet in one piece.
- 3 slices turkey bacon, minced
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of asparagus, cut into pieces.
- 1 cup fresh peas.
- 4 sliced chambray onions.
- Salt and pepper to season.
- Mustard sauce:
- ½ cup of Nutrioli® oil.
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons of mustard dijon.
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/3 cup mint leaves
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
For the sauce:
Heat the Nutrioli® oil with the garlic in a thick skillet, cook until they release their aroma, remove from the heat.
Spread the fillet with a little of this oil everywhere, season with salt and pepper. Reserve the rest of the oil to make the sauce; for this you have to put the mustard, vinegar and honey in a processor, grind and in the form of a thread add the oil with the garlic, grind until everything is combined and season with salt and pepper.
Now heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook the bacon and fry until crisp, remove from the pan and set aside on absorbent paper, remove the excess fat from the pan. Right there, cook the steak, fry over very high heat until it is sealed and golden brown, remove from the pan.
In the same skillet, place the garlic slices and two tablespoons of sliced chambray onion, cook until they are soft, add the peas and 2 tablespoons of water, cook for 5 minutes and after this time add the asparagus, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat. Slice the fillet and place on the asparagus and peas, varnish with the sauce and decorate with the remaining chives and the minced bacon.

Simple and delicious beef with mixed vegetables. You don’t have to stick with these vegetables. Change them to your personal taste. Try serving over rice or noodles.
