Almost all people in the world know what the cucumber is. We can get cucumber easily, in the traditional market or super market. We always find it on dishes, salad or dishes decoration. But do you know, that cucumber has a lot of advantages for our skin?
The cucumber contains of water and most of vitamins which you need everyday, such as: Vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, vitamin K, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Zinc, etc.
This is how you do it:
- Take a fresh cucumber, cut to be few slices or make a cucumber juice and rub it on your face.
- Let it dry by itself. It takes about 20 mins.
- Then wash it with normal water or warm water, and optionally, you can continue rub face with ice cube.
- The last is pat your face dry with a soft cloth. Don’t rub it, it will spread bacteria.
Do it continually, once per week and you will get your face clean. It will become bright, starve the wrinkles and reduce excessive oil in face.
Do not be afraid, using cucumber mask on your skin as there are no side effects. All skins can try it at home.
