Basic tips for eye health

1.- Always use sunglasses that meet the quality standards necessary for eye protection. Remember that high exposure of the eyes to UV collaborates to generate cataracts and macular degeneration.

2.- Do not look never directly at the sun.

3.-Use hat, cap or visor whenever possible because it reduces sun exposure.

4.-Use occasionally lubricating eye drops to relieve the sensation of dryness and irritation.

5.- Protect your eyes with the right accessories if you play a sport or physical activity risk.

6.- Set an environment with good lighting in your work area.

7.- Avoid self-medication. If you notice any abnormality, consult an eye specialist as soon as possible.

8.- Do not spread very close  creams to the eyes.

9.- Do not apply cosmetics if your eyes are red, swollen or infected

10.- it is recommended that you consult ophthalmologist once every one or two years, even If your eyes are well.
