Norwegian offers free wifi aboard

Norwegian Air Shuttle has offered free wifi aboard on domestic flights within Norway for a long time, but now it becomes better.

It is on the long-haul-flights that you really need wifi for letting the time pass faster…  Unfortunately, Norwegian has no longer flights than 6 hours… But now you can surf for free all the way! And next year when they open their new route to New York, the wifi service will be a great pastime.

But the wifi service is free only this year while it is still in beta. Afterwards, it will be possible to order as you can already with your bag, seat, food, drink and so on… a la “Ryanair style”…

We tested the wifi service on our home flight from Barcelona… With exceptions from 2 error messages, the service was impeccable. The flight felt much shorter than normal…
