Microsoft is pushing Windows 10 on its users! User collected $10,000!

Microsoft seems to be very agressive in their Windows 10 pushing on people. This have lead them to angry people all over the world and even taken to the court! Teri Goldstein is a person that managed to win in the court, against the mighty Microsoft. A company known because of Bill Gates. Teri collected $10,000 from Microsoft as the company never asked if she wanted to upgrade. Here is our update on this news item!

Updating without asking You!
Microsoft is now trying to update and force people over to Windows 10, by siently download it to peoples PC’s without customers knowing about “they think”. This happens for Windows 7 and Windows 8 users.

A few days after Microsoft released Windows 10 to the public last year, Teri Goldstein’s computer started trying to download and install the new operating system.

The update, which she says she didn’t authorize, failed. Instead, the computer she uses to run her Sausalito, Calif., travel-agency business slowed to a crawl. It would crash, she says, and be unusable for days at a time.

“I had never heard of Windows 10,” Goldstein said. “Nobody ever asked me if I wanted to update.”

When outreach to Microsoft’s customer support didn’t fix the issue, Goldstein took the software giant to court, seeking compensation for lost wages and the cost of a new computer.

She won. Last month, Microsoft dropped an appeal and Goldstein collected a $10,000 judgment from the company.

This is just beyond anyones understanding of how doing bussines. How can a big and trusted company like Microsoft do this to its own users!? Microsoft extreme campaign have halted or given people with Internet 4G Mobile Data connection bill shocks that is very un-professional. People which bought Windows 7 or Windows 8, might not be interested in Windows 10 because of programs working and the fact that Windows 10 is still under heavily development before it can meet Windows 7 and Windows 8 standards. Seems like its only Windows XP users that won’t get this propaganda, and Microsoft wonders why so many still uses Windows XP?

People do have a Choice!?
When I further read the article, Microsoft writes that people do have a choice. That people also have 31 days to roll back to their previous version. But thats exactly what people doesn’t get. The update is downloading in the background even with the user thinking its not because of Windows Update turned off.

Microsoft says it offers users a choice to update, not a requirement. People have to acknowledge a dialogue box before the installation, and agree to a license agreement afterward, to receive Windows 10, the company says.

Those who don’t like the new software have 31 days afterward to roll back to their previous version, the company says, and free customer support is available to those who run into trouble.

Seems like Microsoft wants to back them up and not even listen to Teri. This is so un-friendly done towards their customer. Windows is un-secure in everyway either you use Windows 98 or Windows 10. People have learned its weaknesses and now Windows tries to fill those holes that is left, but still people hacks or even manages to put viruses and worms into the system. As a MorphOS and MacOSX user, I’ve never experienced the same level of uncertainess as when using Windows. It seems to me like the OS is made for people to actually destroy. If Microsoft is so afraid of viruses and worms, why didn’t you do something with it for Windows 98, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 or even Windows 10. This is really bad and I myself do only use Windows for gaming as I cant do any serious stuff on a system that doesn’t trust itself or manages to do what all other operating systems does.

How about making Windows secure!? Then offer updates!…
