4 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper

1 piece finely chopped carrot
6 slices of finely chopped bacon
500 grams of ground beef
500 grams of ground pork
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon English sauce
1/4 cup milk
2 pieces of egg
1 teaspoon salt
meatloaf, meatroll, meat loaf, meat roll1/2 teaspoon pepper
To the taste of crushed bread
1 piece of butter

MEAT ROLL

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Boil three eggs in a pot with water for 10 minutes. Let it cool and peel.
Finely chop the bell peppers, onion, celery, carrot and bacon. Place in a bowl and stir well with a spoon.
Add the two ground meats, mustard, English sauce, milk and two raw eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything very well with your hands and add enough bread crumbs to obtain a homogeneous consistency.

Bake covered with foil for 60 minutes until it sits firmly when pressed. It can be left to brown uncovered 10 minutes more so that the surface is toasted.
Serves as a hot or cold dish. It can be seasoned with a white sauce or with a spicy tomato sauce.
