Ingredients for 8 skewers:Beef kabobs

800 grs. Of Pulp de Res MAXICARNE.
1 green pepper in chunks.
1 red pepper in chunks.
1 yellow pepper in chunks.
2 garlic cloves crushed.
250 grs. Of bacon.
1 white onion.
1 tsp. Of vegetable oil.
8 toothpicks for skewer.
Salt and pepper to taste.
preparation:

Thoroughly clean the beef pulp and cut into regular 4 cm cubes. Season the meat with oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Marinate for 60 minutes in the refrigerator. Meanwhile chop the peppers and the onion, to obtain square pieces of 3 cm. If the skewers are made of wood, stir them in water for 10 minutes to avoid burning. Spread a piece of meat and half a strip of bacon on the skewer, immediately place and piece of each pepper; Repeat the process until the whole skewer is covered. Cook on the grill or griddle, trying to rotate the piece constantly, until it is cooked evenly. Check the cooking and served with tortillas, guacamole and your favorite
