1 green pepper in chunks.
1 red pepper in chunks.
1 yellow pepper in chunks.
2 garlic cloves crushed.
250 grs. Of bacon.
1 white onion.
1 tsp. Of vegetable oil.
8 toothpicks for skewer.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Thoroughly clean the beef pulp and cut into regular 4 cm cubes. Season the meat with oil, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Marinate for 60 minutes in the refrigerator.
