Banning anti-Korean hate speech in Japaneese school

A Japaneese group made anti-Korean statements in a school in Kyoto, Japan. On Tuesday The Osaka high court rolled out that such hate speech is illegal.

The group, Zaitokukai, had appealed a ruling by the Kyoto district court last October in which it was ordered to pay 12 million yen in damages after its members
yelled abuse words outside a pro-Pyongyang Korean elementary school in Kyoto.
